There is no doubt that it’s summer time here in Arizona with our highs sitting around 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Something I love doing with any season is seeing new recipe’s come to light and making that transition into the new seasons menu. A couple of other bloggers and myself are bringing to you some of our favorite summer recipes and I cannot wait to share mine with you and hopefully see you try it out yourself!
I will be sharing with yummy recipe for a caprese garlic bread. It’s light and summery and so full of flavor. This would make such a good appetizer on a hot summer day with a cool drink. Follow along and I will show you just how easy this is to make!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Loaf of French bread
3 large tomatoes
2 fresh mozzarella balls
2 TBS of garlic powder
Organic Ghee or olive oil if desired
Pepper to taste
Finely chopped basil to taste
Balsamic glaze.
