If you’ve been around for a while you know I love reviewing baby products not only for myself and my kids but to relay my opinion to you all as well. Colugo sent me their complete stroller to review and it was such a fun product to play with
The Colugo was shipped to my door in a compact box and took me about 15 minutes to put together. The assembly was easy, Emma was even able to help me (you know how 2-year-olds are)
The colugo stands out because it is a luxury stroller for a great price! Also because you are unable to go check the stroller out in stores, they give you a 100-day trial to test it out and see if it is for you.
MY STROLLER REVIEW
I really enjoy this stroller, there are so many luxuries it has that made using it a great experience. The seat is able to be adjusted to be either rear or forward-facing as well as allowing you to adjust the positioning. This is becoming more common in strollers and I think it is a great asset. Back when I had Emma the only way she wouldn’t cry in the stroller was when she was facing me, and it was difficult to find a stroller that did that on our budget at the time. This allows you to adjust the stroller to your baby’s needs.
The strollers canopy is UPF 50 + and extends out very nicely. We are in Arizona and the sun comes out in full force so I like all of the protection I can get for my littles.
The buckle design on this stroller was so convenient! It has a magnet element to it which can be super helpful! The clasps stick together and draw the buckle in for an easy snap, I had a video of me trying and succeeding to do it one-handed on my Instagram.
Closing the stroller is very convenient as well. It’s a two-step process where you push down the seat and folds it down then grab the handle as it snaps shut. I love that there is a handle, this makes it so much easier to place it in the car. In the past, I have been that mom who is wrestling with her stroller in the target parking lot trying to fold it up and shove it in her car.
Have you seen the basket on this stroller? Another mom win In my opinion! I had 2 blankets, my diaper bag, and my hydro flask sitting in the bottom and still had room left. I love a big basket and I cannot lie. Cheesy but true, I always have way too much stuff and nowhere to put it.
This stroller has such a smooth ride and wonderful navigation. It cuts corners very tight and smooth. I would be lying if I said I have never misjudged a turn and rammed my stroller into an aisle at the store while my kids look at me in horror. This is definitely a game-changer.
WHAT I WOULD CHANGE
The only thing I would change is that this is only a single stroller. I think having a double stroller would be amazing and this would make it a huge competitor with other double strollers out there.
OVERALL
Overall this is a great stroller and I am so happy I have been given the opportunity to try it out and let you all know what I think. It really is such a great stroller and will last you a long time.
