Last weekend I went on a little adventure and visited Lindsey over at Knox Beauty Co. to get some new lashes put on. This is something I have wanted to do for quite some time, especially with how self-conscious I have been about my eye. I wanted to make sure I went to someone who was trustworthy and truly knew what they were doing. I got that and more with Lindsey.
Knox beauty Co. was so cute, I walked in and it has such a nice ambiance and music which I love. I feel like music is a must! Lindsey went above and beyond pampering me and working with my pregnancy, she provided me several pillows and allowed me to lay to the side (safer position for the baby). She even offered stretch and bathroom breaks if I needed. This attention to detail was so sweet and made me feel important which you want to feel whenever you are going somewhere to get a service done.
Lindsey was so bubbly and easy to talk to, I was there for about 3 and a half hours and we were able to hold such great conversation the entire time! Listen guy, I can be such an awkward person, so it was refreshing to feel comfortable the entire time without meeting her prior to this appointment. She was so nice and just a genuinely sweet person to be around. I am looking forward to getting a fill so I can have some more relaxing mom time while actually getting to converse with someone other than my year and a half old.
Okay, now let’s dig into what you all want to know about, the service itself. I have never had such a flawless service. Lindsey was so gentle I could barely even feel lashes going on, she made sure the pads were comfortable and secure on my eyes and there was absolutely no pain. She also talked me through everything that she was doing and gave me timing updates along the way. I honestly was so relaxed that I forgot half the time that I was getting my lashes done. Lindsey paid attention to detail and even customized my lashes to help draw attention away from my swollen eye and even out my appearance. I went ahead with a classic full set because I did want enhancement but didn’t want too much of a dramatic effect and these came out flawless. They look so natural but give that perfect enhanced look. I can’t tell you how amazing it has been waking up and not having to put mascara on. The lashes and glue did not and still do not bother my eyes at all which is huge with my condition, and even better I don’t have to deal with mascara running down my face because my watery eyes anymore. In addition to the lashes you can get the cutest little lash bath set for only $15. You get this adorable little pump bottle with a rose scented solution and a super cute brush that also has a little lash wand on it too so you can keep your new lashes looking fresh and clean.
Lindsey does more than just lash extensions, she also does waxing and microblading. YES microblading. You best bet once this baby is out I am heading straight to Knox Beauty co. to get my brows done. Personally, it feels so good to finally be taking care of myself and feel like more than just a mom, to actually feel good about myself.
