The holidays are approaching which means traveling. Going to see family, going on new adventures with the family, even simple store to store traveling to find gifts or decorations. Something that bothers me when it comes to traveling is the amount of stuff you’re left carrying around. I don’t like clutter, I like space and organization. - The size of this stroller alone was enough to make me swoon. It trifolds which makes it extremely compact. I don’t have a lot of trunk space in my car and this fits effortlessly. Traveling in a plane? It fits in the overhead compartment. yes… really!
- One-handed, two-second fold. I know it sounds too good to be true but believe it. I tested it out for you so you can see it with your own eyes, linked here. I can fold it with one hand and a baby on the hip it’s that easy.
- Built in strap. If you thought the quick and easy fold was cool, theres a built in strap to grab onto and lift the strollerup. This is so helpful if youre traveling with the stroller and you dont need to use it, you can literally just wear it on your shoulder like a bag. It has been convinient for me when I bring it inside, because usually when I’m entering my house I am holding the baby, my purse, my toddlers toys and who knows what else. Bringing the stroller inside doesnt need to be a hassle added on.
- Comfort but make it make sense. Colugo strollers have really nice comfort layer that you can get in different cute colors and designs, but its not only for looks. The comfort layer is not only wipeable but machine washable. This is a lifesaver for me because I let my kids eat when theyre in the stroller and I have spent so much time chipping away at applesauce stains and cracker crumbs too many times to count. Now I just take the comfort layer out give it a shake and if it needs a wash I just toss it on in and don’t have to worry about it anymore.
- A good sized storage basket. This is something I was nervous would be compromised due to the stroller being compact but I can assure you it wasn’t. I was very happily surprised with the storage.
- Its the details that matter. Theres a lot of small details that I really appreciate about my compact stroller and I think you mamas will also appreciate them.
- Magnetic harness clip. The harness is so easy to clip because its magnetic. Such a genius idea that I had never thought of before seeing it on the stroller.
- UPF 50+ canopy which I appreciate since my children inherited my ability to burn almost instantly in the sun.
- reclinable seat. My kids fall asleep in the strollers often, especially when we go on adventures like disneyland, the zoo, etc. I love being able to recline them back so theyre comfortable.
- the accessories that come with it. When you purchase the compact you don’t just get a stroller. You get a cupholder, a rain cover and a carrying backpack. These are accessories that you normally need to purchase seperately but Colugo was like, “Nope, I got you mama”. The backpack is so perfect for travel, just throw it on and you are carrying your stroller hands free. What a concept.
Final thoughts
I love this stroller, I really do. It has made my life easier. It’s such a good quality stroller for a great price and I know I will be using it religiously for the next few years.
